The Chinese Bridge has been an important meeting place for Chinese seniors in The Hague for many years. It is a safe and welcoming space where they find support, companionship, and connection. Due to recent budget cuts by the Municipality of The Hague, this cherished place is now at risk of disappearing.

Mission
Since its founding in 1987, The Chinese Bridge has been committed to supporting the Chinese community in The Hague and the surrounding areas. We assist vulnerable individuals, encourage everyone to participate, connect with one another, and care for each other.
Values
We see the well-being of our target group as our highest goal. We bridge barriers such as language, culture, and understanding of background. Health, friendship, and autonomy are our top priorities. Meeting others is a key factor: connecting with neighbors and people from other cultures broadens horizons and keeps people vital. This is the heart of our vision of well-being, in which good health and care in a familiar environment are essential.
